Our patty uses "pine beef" from Okazaki Ranch in Miyazaki Prefecture.The pineapple-fed meat is very tender and juicy! It is grilled rare to preserve the original flavor and texture of the meat (*We can also grill it well if you don't like it).The buns are our shop's original, with coffee kneaded into them!
